| Wouldn’t it be great if Prime Contractors or your Subcontractors and Suppliers could view plans for your project day or night without you having to meet up with them with a printed set? NOW YOU CAN! At www.theplanrack.com you can have your own private plan room accessible 24/7. The Plan Rack is your company’s personal online plan room operated by BEND PLAN CENTER. It is an easy way to have your projects posted online to view and/or print. There are many benefits including reduced time spent on plan distribution and a reduction in your printing costs. In turn reducing your overhead and speeding up bid times. All involved parties will always have access to your current or approved set of plans that you have posted at www.theplanrack.com. The steps are easy: 1) Fill out the Plan Posting Form and we will provide you with a free Company Project Center at www.theplanrack.com. (an example would be; we would scan your business card, upload the image and that image will be the link to your own plan room) 2) Bring a hard set of prints or PDF files to Bend Plan Center. We will scan the set and upload it to your personal online plan room at www.theplanrack.com. 3) The cost to post your project in a viewable format is $10.00. These are full size drawings, not thumbnail size. If you choose, you can create a password to be used in order to view your plans. There is no cost to post addendums. These will be posted with the appropriate revision dates. 4) Simply view the project at www.theplanrack.com by clicking on your Company Project Center image on The Plan Rack home page. Should it be necessary to order prints, an easy to use order form is at the bottom of each page. If the prints are going to be shipped, the purchaser pays for prints, the exact amount of the shipping costs plus a $10.00 handling fee. Additional Benefits: -The number of projects you choose to post is unlimited. -Each project that is posted at www.theplanrack.com is also kept on a CD at Bend Plan Center for Backup. Your data will never be lost online. -You can also choose to have your projects in a viewable and printable PDF format at www.theplanrack.com. This means that you or any reprographic shop can print your plans from anywhere in the world. The following fees apply for printable projects: -$2.00 per ea. wide format page (12x18 to 36x48) that is posted as printable. -$13.00 for the first 50 small format printable pages (8 ½x11 to 11x17) up to $23.00 for 500 small format printable pages (8 ½x11 to 11x17).
